By accessing our website and purchasing products through our HitPay shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

All prices are in SGD and subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

3. Product Safety & Usage

3.1 Essential Oil Safety

Pure essential oils are highly concentrated extracts (75-100 times more concentrated than dried herbs). While natural, they must be used with care and proper precautions.

3.2 General Usage Guidelines

Dilution: Always dilute essential oils before topical application (typically 2-5% dilution in carrier oil)
Patch Testing: Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full application to check for sensitivity
Ingestion: Do not ingest essential oils unless under professional guidance from a qualified aromatherapist
Pregnancy & Nursing: Consult a qualified aromatherapist or healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or while nursing
Children: Keep essential oils out of reach of children. Use only under professional guidance for children under 12
Medical Conditions: Consult a healthcare provider if you have epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or are taking medications
Allergies: Review ingredient lists carefully. Discontinue use if allergic reactions occur
Skin Sensitivity: Those with sensitive, reactive, or compromised skin should consult a professional before use

3.3 Product-Specific Information

Detailed safety information for each product is available on individual product pages. Review before purchase and use.

3.4 Storage

Store essential oils in cool, dark places away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep bottles tightly sealed.

4. Orders & Purchasing

4.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through our HitPay shop
You will receive an order confirmation email with order number and details
Order confirmation does not guarantee availability

4.2 Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and PayNow (Singapore)
Payment is processed securely via HitPay
We do not store full credit card information

4.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Current Service Area: Singapore only
International Orders: Not currently available (B2B international orders under development)
Shipping Method: Standard postal service (timeline varies)
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email

5.2 Delivery Timeline

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days
Delivery within Singapore typically takes 3-7 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

5.3 Shipping Address

Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you
Packages left in common areas are at your risk

5.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products Only: Returns accepted only for unopened, unused products in original packaging
Timeline: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Products must be in resalable condition

Refunds are issued to original payment method
Refund processing takes 7-10 business days after we receive returned item
Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and consulting professionals if needed
Discontinue use immediately if allergic reactions occur and seek medical attention

7.3 Misuse

We are not responsible for:

Improper use or application of products
Failure to follow safety guidelines
Use by individuals with contraindications (pregnancy, medical conditions, medications)
Allergic or adverse reactions due to customer negligence

7.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, N.O.E.L. Aromatics is not liable for:
